Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) President and CEO Alberto Pascual and management welcomed the recently elected Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), Inc. Board of Governors and Officers, during a courtesy call on Monday, February 19, 2024, at the PHILGUARANTEE Headquarters in Makati City.

During the visit, SHDA shared its plans and advocacies, and identified avenues for cooperation with PHILGUARANTEE, towards attaining the objectives of forging livable and affordable communities towards sustainable nation building.

With its nationwide network of 350 members, SHDA Inc. is the largest industry association for housing and urban development in the Philippines.
